Training Courses in Horticulture
Horticultural training programmes are adaptedto meet your specific needs. As industry professionals our training programmes are relevant and cost effective.
Training can be delivered in ways to suit the needs of the employer and availability of the employees.
Methods might include:
- Fully delivered training days on or off your facility (including half days and Saturdays)
- A series of short training sessions
- An introductory session followed by the employees progressing through workbooks in their own time, with guidance where needed.
Our training is interactive as well as informative. We focus on practical exercises and learning tools that target skills and the knowledge base required in the context of the job and the organisation.
